Easy Way to Learn Grammar and Usage Figures in Japanese

Japanese is a language that is very unique. Japanese writing can also be spelled out very unique, because the Japanese writing comes from the kanji writings of Chinese language is modified and adapted to Japanese culture. Japanese language is divided into three parts, as follows:

  • Kanji letters – these letters are taken from Chinese
  • Hiragana letters
  • Katakana letters

Japanese language does not recognize punctuation. Although punctuation in written language functioning normally, but when learning the Japanese language is also required knowledge of punctuation is used for decoding of words in conversation in accordance with the meaning of the word. There are only two punctuation marks are known in Japanese, namely:

  • Kuten – serves as a period and used at the end of the sentence.
  • Toten – similar function with a comma in order to separate the important parts in the sentences for easier reading.

In the system of calculation and use of numbers, the Japanese language has a few rules are much different from the language of another language. Figures are used to express time, quantity of goods, and so has its own rules.

Terms of Use Figures in Japanese

  1. To figure that is used to declare goods in general are usually ends with the letter ~ Tsu. For example, a fruit = Hitotsu.
  2. Long items such as pencils, bottles, tree or expressed by the unit of length, must end with ~ pon. For example, 2 meters = nippon
  3. To state the number of sheets, thin items such as clothes, stamps, paper, etc., unit numbers in Japanese language should be added with the suffix ~ mai. For example, 1 sheet = Ichimai
  4. Stating a large number of goods such as electronic goods, refrigerators, televisions and other bulky items, suffix used is ~ dai. Example, a fruit = Ichidai
  5. To calculate the number of people, a figure that is used must be terminated with ~Nin.

Japanese Grammar

Japanese grammar is very unique and interesting to learn. Rules should be noted are the subjects, with the addition of particles inserted between the words to emphasize.

Adjectives in Japanese grammar there are only three forms, namely:

  • Keiyoshi – namely the addition of particles `i
  • Keiyodoshi – namely the addition of particles ~ na
  • Rentaishi – the actual adjectives.

With the rules and grammar so unique and complex according to some people so the easiest way to learn the Japanese language is as follows.

  • Memorize vocabulary little by little to add to our collection of vocabulary control.
  • Know your grammar must be used in Japanese with and learn from books about learning the Japanese language which has been sold in bookstores all around us.
  • Learn Japanese vocabulary pronunciation and conversation can learn through watching a Japanese drama.
  • Following the Japanese language classes or courses for maximum results.
  • A friendship with native Japanese via the internet, social networks or by mail pen.
