Teaching and learning world is a world that continues to evolve. Teachers who continually use the same methods and approaches when teaching, it would seem to be a teacher who only run the routine. If an individual is only running routine, then he himself as the perpetrator will be easily trapped to become saturated and quickly become bored with the profession of his choice.

One of the bridges that can connect between the enthusiasm, the mood of a teacher and daily task as educators is called ‘planning’. By planning to enjoy his profession as a teacher can enjoy a social life.

The Creative Teacher characteristics are;

1. Already exists in the class before the class begins, the time can be 5 to 10 minutes before students come to class. Thus he does not often stand back to the students while writing or doing something in preparation for teaching.
2. Start class on time, teacher lesson plan with a well cannot wait to try ‘formula’ in the classroom.
3. He will ask the question on many students in the class, students will be directed to the question and not a lecture or a command.
4. Assignment to the student assignment is done by pattern ‘package’ consisting of about a few, brief but challenging.
5. He would always look at the clock, but not because he was bored. He looked at the clock to ensure all targets are achieved the learning day and meet the desire of professional dedication as a teacher.
6. Always smile when explaining and not easily upset when there are students who make mistakes. This happens because he is confident with the direction of learning and panic just because there is one student who was acting alone.
